There are many possible avenues to this info. As a GC you likely have a friendly banker - start there , have him network you into the files of his colleagues. Hit the 'Fix and Flip' blogs. Be careful with these guys as you do not want to sacrifice your t&m and not get paid, do your due diligence. If you have a lawyer ask him for some recommendations for real estate attorneys. In some certain situations, completion is a part of receivership, court oversight - get to know some real estate lawyers!
